I am Tina Kaiser, originally from Austria and born on the same day as Arnold Schwarzenegger. I started my career as a competitive gymnast. During university, I decided to work as a group fitness instructor – and the passion is still there after 20 years. With my experience, motivating personality and my background as a psychologist, I know how to push the buttons to bring people to enjoy their workouts and to have fun by reaching their fitness goals!
