A priority for VitalityVille (“VitalityVille.com”, “VitalityVille Ltd.”, “vitalityville.com”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our various digital platforms, including our website, mobile apps cellular devices, and our broader range of product and service offerings collectively referred to as our “Service.” The following document describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about users of our Service. Your full name, phone number, email address, home or business address, state of residence, date of birth, gender, account login information (such as your username and password), and payment card information may be collected if you create a profile on our Service. For practitioners, we may additionally compile data on licensing as well as images or videos that you supply.

  • Information about Scheduling: Our Service helps Practitioners and Customers communicate, including when scheduling requests or general inquiries are made and when those requests are fulfilled. This data is used by us to deliver our service.

  • Contact Information: We use your contact information to administer your account, deliver our service, get in touch with you about how you’re using your account and our service, and for customer assistance. We may gather your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other personal information you submit if you contact us with questions, to create an account, or to resolve problems in order to help you.
  • Public Content: This information is made available to the public when you publicly submit content on our Service, such as written or video testimonials of your interactions with Practitioners or questions and answers. It might contain your name or username, the information in your post, and any other details you choose to provide.
  • Marketing Communications: We will contact you through email if you sign up for our newsletters or updates or are recommended to our Service by a Practitioner.
