Suzanne Ledoux is a Georgia licensed massage therapist and a 7 year resident of Historic Druid Hills. She recently opened her own practice, Align Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, which provides both in-office and in-home (mobile) massage therapy sessions. Suzanne incorporates a variety of massage techniques to achieve her clients’ optimal goal for their session and bring relaxation, balance, and an overall sense of well-being back to the body. Education plays a important role in Suzanne’s massage therapy sessions. Through client education, she hopes to empower her clients to better understand their own bodies and how to treat and prevent muscular imbalance in the future. Massage techniques include: Swedish Massage – for stress reduction, promotion of relaxation, and increase in energy Deep Tissue Massage – for reduction of chronic muscular tension Neuromuscular Therapy & Myofascial Release – for reduction of chronic pain/tension and to bring balance back to the body Facilitated Stretching – for increase in joint mobility, increase in muscle length, and reduction in chronic muscle tightness
