I am certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor and I specialized in One on One sessions. Private yoga classes offer more individualized attention to YOUR body when dealing with injuries, health condition and specific goals. My classes influenced by my background as a dancer and taught in a light hearted way. The yoga session can be either gentle or challenging depending on your wishes and needs. Ultimately these classes will aim to leave you feeling stronger (both physically and mentally), relaxed and happy! Private lessons can be done in the comfort of your own home, or in my beautiful yoga space.
