Renee Champagne-Davis is an Air Force Veteran, Military Spouse, Mother of three, and Wellness Coach. Renee is a proven provider of counseling, coaching, education, and training for families and children, and has successfully partnered and worked with community and National Organizations including: The National Military Family Association, Wounded Warrior Project, The Military Child Education Coalition, Sierra Club, Warriors at Ease, No Barriers, TAPS and continues to work with new organizations she partners with. Her work with these non-profits involved delivering programs meant to improve client health and quality of life. Renee holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from William and Mary, is a 500-hour E-RYT, iRest© practitioner and Yoga Therapist. Renee was a student of each modality before becoming trained and is an athlete that has completed more than 50 marathons, two 50 milers, triathlons and is an avid outdoor adventurer. She understands the impact of how Yoga, iRest, the outdoors and eating healthy can help foster change, resilience, and growth with each family, child and individuals through her own personal story. She wants to inspire, educate and support those seeking a way to find balance and optimal wellness.
