Paul Mackay Rippey

Acupuncturist

Mackay graduated from the Maryland University for Integrative Health and was one of the first acupuncturists in the country to hold a master’s degree in acupuncture. He’s been helping clients feel better with 5-Element Acupuncture for more than 25 years.
Recently he has been focusing his effort on the treatment of Lyme disease and is the host of the number one podcast for people with Lyme and those that love them, Lyme Ninja Radio.

Mackay grew up in Washington, DC and lived all his life in cities. That all changed when he and his young family moved to an old farm in Deansboro, NY. The prize of the farm is a small herd of American Milking Devons. They are wonderfully gentle triple purpose (work, milk, beef) cows that were the first breed to come to America with the Pilgrims. Milking Devons can be seen at the Cooperstown Farmer’s Museum, Williamsburg, Virginia, and other historical re-enactment sites.
