I believe it is my purpose to serve. After completing college Pam married her high school sweetheart, John Gould, and moved to New York City where Pam worked Broadway and off-Broadway theatre, as a Producer managing everything from finances to marketing. After years in NYC they moved to Orlando to start their family. They have two sons, Gregory and Matthew. Her reputation as a visionary and accomplished executive was built over 20+ years in Central Florida by influencing business growth and energizing organizations to create loyal advocates in healthcare and hospitality industries. Pam is a senior executive with extensive experience in start-up business lines, and developing employees and companies with year-after-year verifiable success achieving gains in customer delivery, revenue, and business growth. Pam has the financial acumen to optimize revenue, manage capital projects and partnership budgets. She has created training and culture shaping resources to cultivate leadership talents that fostered growth strategies and motivate teams to excel on all measures. A keen strategist with the skills to synthesize a strategic plan from concept to completion while solidifying partnerships for long-term results. A passion for providing everyone with a path to prosperity and quality of life, Pam believes health and skills training/education provides the path to personal prosperity. Pam was first elected to the Orange County School Board in 2012. She currently is serving her second term as the District 4 School Board Member.
