Health and Life Coach

As a coach, I can only take my clients as far as I’m willing to go myself. 278 lbs was my heaviest weight, I was unhappy in my body and held a mindset preventing me from changing unhealthy habits. Upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, I joined Teach for America and moved to DC as a new 10th grade history teacher, received a graduate degree from American University and became a high school administrator. Frequently stressed and lacking work life balance, I was overjoyed when my mom exposed me to SPIN, where I found my escape and later become a certified indoor cycling instructor. After 6 years in education, I had the confidence to pursue the private sector where I became a business developer, collaborated with government officials and industry to pursue contracts. I practiced real estate as a hobby, later joined an educational national non-profit and eventually co-owned an interior design company with my sister. In 2018, I founded Coach with Coco, attended The Health Coach Institute, and become an internationally certified health & life coach to support people as the explore habit change to live their happiest and healthiest life.
