Throughout many years, I have supported, developed and grown in the business world, and also as a mother, wife and human being desiring to understand how to navigate and create a fulfilled and happy life. There is no right or wrong way. In the end, what we think and expect is what shows up. When we become uncomfortable and realize our life is not working the way we want, we can choose to change our mind and decide to have a different result. A single THOUGHT → a BELIEF → WORDS → ACTIONS → HABITS → VALUES → PATTERNS → DESTINY My interest in energy work began with my personal search for meaning and self-identity. Due to many of my own layers of denial and resistance, it took time to identify and understand the ways I was stuck in a low-grade depression that I disguised with unhealthy behaviors to please others and to always appear happy. Through a dear friend, I learned of Dr. Bradley Nelson and The Emotion Code. The Emotion Code is a gentle, easy and non-threatening process that resonated with where I was on my own life journey. Emotion Code and Body Code have significantly and positively influenced my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, growth and well-being, as well as my personal relationships and career. Gratefully, I no longer am controlled by the disappointment and grief of life-long anger and frustration from the past. Releasing through Emotion Code has given me the strength and courage to lovingly and consciously-uncouple from a marriage of many years.
