I don’t know about you but I want to not only live a long life, I want it to be as healthy and vibrant as it can be, physically, mentally and emotionally. That’s why I have spent the past 20 years staying fit, always learning and eating well. ​ I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC in wellness principles and implementation. This is the foundation of the tenets of wellness I have developed just for you. We don’t know what we don’t know.
