She completed her Masters in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine at the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (MITCM). She is a licensed acupuncturist in Washington, DC and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). With her years of study and practice of Eastern medicine, she brings an integrated approach to healing, and wellness that includes nutrition, lab testing analysis, acupuncture, laser therapy, chakra balancing, essential oils, ear candling and herbology. Her philosophy is similar to Thomas Edison: “The doctors of the future will give no medicine. But will interest patients in the care of the human frame. In diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.” I believe the greatest medicine of all is to teach people how not to need it.
