I am a PCOS woman in my forties. I did not find out I had PCOS until I was 30 years old. I have been very passionate about wanting to help other women with PCOS for many years. I first started a MeetUp support group in Denver. Then went on the journey of trying to conceive. I have two sons, but had my share of challenges. I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach, specializing in helping women with PCOS. Before going to school at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I worked for a company that made supplements for women with PCOS. I had the chance to speak to women with PCOS all over the world. That is when I knew that it was my life’s passion to help other women with PCOS. I also spoke at the 3rd World Congress for PCOS in 2017. And attended as an advocate at the first PCOS CON in 2019. My goal for my business is to talk about medical issues related to PCOS, along with helping women in their daily lives. I want to be REAL and PERSONAL for you, and help women of all ages.
