Margaret Reinold

Holistic Health Coach

My own journey trying to find a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters along the way. I realized – early on – that there was not one path to wellness and there always seemed to be a need for balance between the body, mind and spirit. This encouraged me to pursue educating myself in several different areas. My education as an IIN Certified Health Coach included learning over 100 dietary theories, and training lectures by visiting teachers such as Joan Borysenko, PhD., Andrew Weil, MD, Joshua Rosenthal, M. Ed., Andrea Beaman, CHC ,and Walter Willet, MD – just to name a few. I hold a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, a Certification in Bereavement Studies (Grief), and as a NYS Certified Addiction Recovery Coach. I am currently working towards a Masters of Science degree in Health Coaching with a concentration in Applied Nutrition (12/19). I have taken Advanced Courses through IIN in the Gut Biome, Thyroid and Hormone Health. I am also well versed in several Spiritual Principles and I am happy to journey with anyone looking to explore or regenerate their Spiritual Wellness. One size does not fit all and to remove “Dis-Ease”, it’s great to take a holistic and proactive approach to health. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. I would be honored to take that journey with you. When I’m not “Health Coaching”, I enjoy creating Essential Oil blends, cooking, reading great non-fiction, visiting farmer’s markets, day trips, movies, music events and spending time with my loved ones.
