Lorianna Newman

Health Coach

A graduate of CCU with a BS in Health Promotion holding CHES certification, a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist and Holistic Wellness Coach, currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health with concentration on Nutrition, I have spent the last 15 years developing a deep knowledge and passion for the wellness industry and applying this knowledge and acquired skills to my own life. It’s my life long passion to help others be the best version of themselves.

I support and encourage women struggling to find their purpose and conquer emotional challenges in a busy world of chaos, to help them overcome these challenges to live a life of meaning and be more present in their lives and in their families’ lives.

I’ve developed my professional career as co-business owner and office administrator in industrial/commercial roofing, working with individuals in a safety-sensitive industry. Safety and wellness go hand in hand, and my experience has given me insight to the challenges employees face when they are on the road for long periods of time, working under physically demanding conditions, and working hard to meet tight deadlines under these circumstances. After developing the worksite wellness program for a local trucking company, I moved on to offer life and wellness coaching in my own business.
