Lisa is a board certified, licensed acupuncturist who specializes in acupuncture for reproductive health.

After sixteen years of working in a technical position, Lisa went on a life-changing rafting adventure through the Grand Canyon. The landscapes, the beauty and the silence awakened an inner desire to do something more meaningful. The influence of a friend, books, research and a few visits to a local acupuncturist led her to study Traditional Chinese Medicine. Upon graduation, she opened a small practice and began to work with women who were having difficulty conceiving. While initially unplanned, she found that helping women with fertility challenges brought deeper meaning to her work. Fifteen years later, enhancing health and fertility for women through acupuncture and workshops keeps her spirit alive, engaged and happy!

She earned her Master’s level Professional Diploma in Acupuncture under the direction of world-renowned Chinese acupuncturists and herbalists Dr. Lixing Lao and Jingyun Gao at the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
