Leslie O’Neill is SOS Care’s Program Coordinator for the Independent Life Skills program. She has over 15 years of experience as a Life and Wellness Coach and over 20 years of leadership experience as a business owner of multiple Wellness companies. Leslie has two adult children, two grandchildren and two fur babies.

Leslie holds certifications in Holistic Health Coaching, Special Needs Life Coaching and is also certified as a Customized Employment Specialist.

In 2020 Leslie came to SOS Care and worked in the Life Skills program teaching nutrition and basic wellness. In 2021 Leslie became the program coordinator and applied her leadership and life coaching background to create a program that motivated, inspired and supported her participants to learn how to live Independently

Since coming to SOS Leslie has had twenty-two students graduate from the Life Skills Program of which many will be moving to our Oak Tree Farm Independent Living Community in Conway. Leslie believes that everyone should have the opportunity to dream big and is inspired daily by her students and their passion to live their best healthy Independent Lives.
