Laura has always been a master of movement. Stirring within her mindset is the desire to explore, to share, and to support connectivity towards unity. Unity to oneself, and more profoundly, to others. Self-expression through her writing, decades of training as a dancer, and the interest in personal athleticism, Laura has found her purpose. She holds deep gratitude for the experiences in guiding clients throughout their personal journeys, forward into their awareness of self-empowerment. This has come by means of training the mind/body connection, where she has observed that her clients find authentic advancement through physical accomplishments, powered by the strength of their mind.
