Acupuncturist

Kelsey is a board-certified acupuncturist who is passionate about holistic, individualized care of everyone she treats. Having spent 7 years practicing acupuncture around the world, Kelsey brings a wealth of medical and cultural knowledge and experience to every acupuncture session.

Kelsey was first introduced to acupuncture when she was 18 years old and suffering from back pain from a car accident. When her pain went away after a series of treatments, she knew that there was something magical about acupuncture. After graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelors in Science in Psychology, she earned her Masters in Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University, one of the top alternative medicine schools in the United States. After graduating in 2010 she participated in the externship program at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chengdu, China. Recently, Kelsey has worked under the master healer, Dr. Ken Kobayashi in New York City.

Kelsey’s clinical experience includes working onboard major global cruise lines, such as Disney, Carnival, and Royal Caribbean. As the sole acupuncturist on each cruise ship, Kelsey was able to introduce acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine to thousands of passengers from around the world. Living in a fast-paced world led her to settle in New York, where she has been practicing in multidisciplinary settings since 2015, including collaboration with chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists. She also has experience working in a spa setting with Exhale Spa Central Park South.

Kelsey specializes in facial rejuvenation, pain management, rehabilitation, and sports medicine. She also has extensive experience treating a wide range of mental and physical health concerns, including issues related to stress, insomnia, digestion, respiration, gynecology, and fertility.
