In personal recovery from addiction and alcohol, Kelsey has had first-hand experience with the painful effects caused by excessive drinking and shares her compassion with others to succeed in their recovery. After graduating in 2005, Kelsey received consecutive job promotions at major retailer Nordstrom, where she became a store director within 2 years, won numerous customer awards, and became the youngest Manager to be promoted in her department due to her unwavering commitment to customer service.
