My name is Karina Seda, and I am a Stroke Survivor dedicated to helping others. I am a persistent person who works until the goal is achieved. A positive individual who does not believe in the words “I can’t do it”. I love to help others look at things from different points of view thus giving them the capabilities to achieve what they thought was impossible. I believe that Stroke Survivors are angels in this world with a mission to accomplish. I am a certified Health and Life Coach helping stroke survivors pursue independence so they can live a life without limits.
