Jessica Ahlum, founder and CEO of Health Impacts, brings 20 years of experience in the field of human behavior to her practice as an Integrative Health Coach and is certified through Duke Integrative Medicine. Practiced in the transformation of negative thinking and stuck behaviors, Jessica’s specialty is behavior change. With a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Jessica demonstrates a commitment to education. She has tens of thousands of hours of direct clinical experience in mind-body therapies and has achieved much success in helping people identify and achieve their goals for greater health and happiness. In addition to behavior change Jessica is also a birth professional, offering childbirth education, prenatal bonding and parenting support, infant craniosacral therapy and bodywork, and counseling for couples as they transition into parenthood. Her work is specifically designed to help parents connect to their prenatal or infant child when difficult circumstances present.
