Health and Wellness Nurse Coach

Born and raised in South Florida, the Sunshine State, Jenna became aware of different aspects in caring and healing at a young age. Discovered the power of healing with different traditional cultural backgrounds during tragic events in life and became interested in pursing a career in nursing. Became a registered nurse (RN) in 2008 and practiced in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Postpartum. While continuing in earning advanced degrees and practices, Jenna obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2010. Later attended Florida Atlantic University, Christine E. Lynn College of nursing earning a Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing as an Advanced Holistic Nurse in 2014. While pursuing the MSN, Jenna was able to practice in guided imagery, breathing techniques, meditation, and reiki. Later learning techniques of nurse coaching from the International Nurse Coach Association (INCA). Energy healing has become a point of focus and teaching others to utilize the body and energy as one. Continues to advance training and learning techniques within the holistic field of health and well-being. Jenna’s holistic and wellness coach practice focus on Chronic Illness with a specialization in those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), but available to anyone in need and would like to experience a coaching session. The essence of the practice is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Jenna specializes in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.
