Practicing mindfulness and self-compassion is a pathway to unlocking our inner wisdom and strengthening our connection to ourselves and the world around us. By embracing stillness and mindfulness, we tap into profound insights and nurture a deeper relationship with our inner selves and the universe. Integrating self-compassion replenishes our emotional reserves, allowing the innate kindness within us to flourish.

I provide opportunities for group meditation and self-compassion sessions, as well as personalized guidance sessions. My approach encompasses various aspects including breathwork, body awareness, managing thoughts and emotions, fostering kindness and compassion, navigating challenges like pain and fear, and fostering forgiveness and more.

With a two-year certification in mindfulness meditation teaching from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and training from The Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, I offer a solid foundation in these transformative practices. As an Indian immigrant who has experienced life in multiple countries, I deeply value diversity, equity, and a multicultural perspective. My passion lies in empowering individuals to cultivate practices that enhance self-awareness, guiding them towards a path of fulfillment and happiness.
