Hana’s unique system of mind/body awareness and integration, based on ancient qigong (taoist and buddhist) practices. Classes include simple stretches and self-acupressure, exercises that incorporate breath, gentle movement, and visualization, and guided sitting meditation.
The focus of the class is to gain deeper awareness of mind and body, integrating these two aspects of ourselves into a whole being. The result – increased focus, calmer, more joyous mind, and improved stamina and flexibility.
