As I teach womxn and girls how to get unstuck from the circumstances they believe are holding them back in order to curate a life of passion, play, purpose & profit$. I teach you the skills needed to quiet down, listen in and get crystal clear on the thoughts in your head; the unresolved traumas and blind spots keeping you from living a happy and fulfilled existence. I teach you to peel back the layers; push past the circumstances; and learn to thrive in any situation (global pandemic, civil unrest, breakups; friend drama, etc.). Clients learn how to activate their desires in the areas of their lives that matter most: health/wellness, joy, sensuality/sex, work-life balance, body image, building wealth, peer pressure, school and career concerns, smashing goals and so much more. Whether a client wants to improve relationships, lose weight, change careers, achieve more in school or activities or pursue a passion long forgotten, I help them get to the heart of what they dream of and make it a reality. To increase impact for startups and corporations, I help individuals and teams unlock hidden or blocked potential. We expose blind spots, discover areas for growth, find efficiencies and learn to overcome challenges with integrity.
