Liz Baker Liz has been a professional in the health and fitness industry for more than 10 years. Her passion for fitness was ignited once she was exposed to athletics in high school, where she was a member of the Girls Varsity Soccer team. Liz will complete her MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health in December 2020 from Maryland University of Integrative Health, seeking licensure as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist and Certified Clinical Nutritionist. Her approach to health is both functional (think holistic) and integrative. Using food, herbs, supplements, mindfulness and movement as ‘medicine’, Liz has found a way to help her clients improve their lives and heal their ailments and eliminate or reduce the need for medications and many conventional medical therapies. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist, Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Trainer, Certified Spinning Instructor and is trained in other disciplines (AIR® Suspension Training, Pilates and Healthy Weight Loss through Exercise).
