I’ve been a licensed acupuncturist for over 20 years. Previously I taught and practiced acupressure. I’ve taught natural healing classes and led Qi Gong classes for many years. It was in response to an autoimmune condition that I discovered HeartMath. That was in 2010. I resonated with it, it made a difference for me and it has been changing my life ever since! On my own my learning curve was slow and steep but I stuck with it because I could see the value. I found myself sharing HeartMath with my acupuncture patients and then eventually I took a training to become a HeartMath practitioner. That changed everything! The training significantly increased my depth of understanding and transformed what I had spent years struggling to learn. I can now pass that on to others in a quick, concise format so that they can succeed rather than struggle!
