Introducing Dr. Kady

Dr. Kady hails from Harvey, ND, where she grew up on a farm. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and finished her senior year at the Mayo School of Health Sciences. Her interest in chiropractic began when she sustained a track injury during her high school freshman year and enjoyed visiting her doctor for checkups. In September 2014, she enrolled at Northwestern School of Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN, where she completed her doctorate degree, as well as several other courses in acupuncture, tonal techniques, applied kinesiology, pediatrics, nutrition, and pregnancy.

Dr. Kady is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of a holistic approach to health that addresses chemical, mental, and physical aspects of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Her husband, Ryan, is a technical specialist at the Mayo lab, and they have two boys. In 2018, Dr. Kady established Wholistic Family Chiropractic in Rochester, MN, to provide a more comprehensive approach to healthcare in the area. Her focus is on helping families achieve optimal health, and she works with women who are trying to conceive by emphasizing the importance of making health a lifestyle, not just a goal to strive for.
