Dr. Jasmine Perez is a licensed Chiropractic physician and the owner of Restore Injury Health Center of Orange City.

She is a Louisiana native who attained her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University A&M. She moved to the great state of Florida in 2010 where she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Perez received her doctorate in Chiropractic in December of 2013 and has practiced in central Florida ever since. She has helped many patients recover from injuries of all sorts and can help you too.
