As a 4th generation chiropractor, Dr. Bemis’s family is well known in the Alton metropolitan area for chiropractic. His father Frank, uncle Jerry, brother Ryan, sister Kristina and cousins Jerry Jr. and Geoff all practice chiropractic.

Dr. David Bemis extended his studies and training beyond traditional chiropractic to include Functional Endocrinology, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Functional Neurology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Total Body Modification, and Nutritional Analysis.

Dr. Bemis is a lifelong resident of Alton and graduated from Alton High School.

He married Christine Loya of Baldwin Park, California.  They have three children, Janeane, Forrest, and Lauren, and one grandchild A.J.
