I am Dr. Cathy Boufford and I am so excited to have opened New Beginnings Chiropractic offering chiropractic house calls in Grand Haven, Michigan and the surrounding areas! My practice is focused on moms. I have transitioned all of my in-office services to Lakeshore Family Chiropractic Health and Wellness in Spring Lake.

I am a working mom and understand the challenges that women face in caring for both themselves and their families. I LOVE to help women function at their best so that they can take care of the people that are important to them. In addition to chiropractic care, I also provide nutritional consultations. My own health journey has taught me the value of finding the the right nutritional supports for each individual. I have done extensive research in this area of health and would love to chat about how you may benefit from this specialized approach.

I live in Spring Lake with my husband Mike and our two daughters, Madie and Nora. In my spare time I enjoy family bike rides, going to the beach, hiking and boating. I love to read enjoy cooking for my family.

I am a 2003 graduate of Life University. I am pediatric certified and hold the distinguished F.I.C.P.A certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I have extensive experience caring for children and their families. I have a special interest in family wellness and have taken many post doctoral courses in nutrition, therapeutic exercise, and women’s health. I have owned a family practice in the Lansing area for the past 15 years. I am excited to expand my practice the Grand Haven area.
