Dr. Amy Shumway is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Ft Lauderdale community. Originally hailing from Washington state Dr. Shumway has lived in every region of the United States but has made south Florida her home.  She recently relocated from Pennsylvania where she had clinics in Allentown, PA and Phillipsburg, NJ.

Dr.Shumway graduated from Ambassador University where she was on the varsity volleyball and track teams.  After completing her undergraduate degree she moved to Dallas, Texas to attend Parker College of Chiropractic where she graduated on the dean’s list with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Amy Shumway has been freeing people from pain in her clinic in Ft Lauderdale, FL. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Shumway is committed to promoting optimal health with her caring demeanor and dedication to the well being of her patients.

Dr. Shumway uses a “whole person approach”. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function.
