Debra Valentina, BBA, MPH Owner & Principal, Creativing, Intuitive Mindset Coach, Published Author, Workshop Facilitator, International Inspirational Speaker.​ Debra Valentina has been a healthcare consultant, serial entrepreneur, coach, author, workshop facilitator, and international speaker for over 30 years. ​ Debra’s extensive entrepreneurial and healthcare experience includes being the owner of a healthcare management consulting practice for over 25 years. Debra has also been co-owner and CEO of Your Empowerment System, a holistic wellness program; and founder and President of Women in Healthcare Professional Association, an educational and mentoring organization. Debra’s executive healthcare experience includes many years managing clinics and hospitals, both on the West and East Coasts for Kaiser Permanente, as well as executive leadership positions with Travelers Health Network and First Health. Debra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master of Public Health in Corporate Healthcare from UC Berkeley. Debra also graduated from Stanford’s International Business Executive Program and is an Alumna of the Leadership Pittsburgh Program. ​ Debra is committed to her local and global community. In Spring 2017, she went on month-long teaching and speaking tour in Eastern China, representing the World Academy for the Future of Women and Give Voice to Women through the Arts.
