Cynthia Quell L.Ac. is a practicing, licensed Acupuncturist of New York and Connecticut State. She is a Diplomat of Acupuncture in the USA recognized by the NCCAOM. She is an out-of-network insurance provider for major medical and provides no-fault care in New York.

Ms. Quell is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and has studied a variety of medical systems including Acupuncture, Herbology, Qi gong, and Tui Na. She has four years of clinical experience in New York City and has practiced in Yorkers Hospital Park Care Pavilion facility. She is currently practicing in White Plains, NY.

Cynthia Quell also holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Vermont, school of Agriculture and Life Science. She has focused on the care of companion animals and still works closely with Veterinarians in NY state.
