Cheryl Broad

Acupuncturist

Cheryl Broad received her BSN from Temple University in 1987.
She was a critical care nurse at Thomas Jefferson University from 1987-1991 and a member of the trauma transplant team and educational committee. She was employed in the Burn unit of St. Agnes Hospital (Phila.), as well as in Hawaii from 1991-1994. While in Hawaii she became interested in the science of Chinese medicine, which led her to attending The Acupuncture Institute in Florida. She studied with masters from China, and earned a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, as well as degrees in
Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, and Homeopathy. Shortly thereafter, Cheryl traveled to California to gain her
certification in N.A.E.T. (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques) and Bioset (Dr. Ellen Cutler).
