My name is Cécile Raynor. For the past 30 years, I have been helping people with poor posture, chronic muscular tension and pain, joint issues and headaches reclaim their ease of movement, their natural good posture, and the joy and peace of mind brought by wellbeing.

My work is based on teaching the Alexander Technique which is the best-kept secret of famous performers and Olympic artists. They swear by it because it allows them to perform at their highest potential with optimal safety. However, this work is now commonly used by anyone.

I also became a Thai Yoga therapist and a Reiki practitioner to offer a full spectrum of value to everyone.

Over the years, I have developed the Body Intelligence Activation Process™
or BIA Process™.

In a nutshell, I teach people how to activate their body intelligence to relieve or prevent chronic tension and pain as well as avoid injuries.

The BIA Process™ is a mind-body-spirit work that positively affects people in all aspects of their life!

My practice consists of private and group sessions, both in-person and online format. One of my specialties is teaching yoga teachers and yoga practitioners how to practice in an integrated way so they avoid strain and injuries common to the practice of modern hatha yoga. As a result, I was led to publish The Wise Way to Yoga in 2018.

So, out of my life experience personally and professionally, I have been inspiring and guiding people to dance the joy of wholeness.

All I love to do, from being in nature, meditating, dancing, drawing, painting, listening to music, playing the piano, gardening, hiking kayaking, traveling, and more, has informed my way of being and working, which is why I love my work and love the people I work with.
