Health Coach

I am a qualified and certified health and life coach, personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and nutrition coach. Throughout my life, I struggled with obesity and have tried every diet out there. Working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years made it even more difficult for me to control what I ate. I turned to food to deal with my boredom, stress, anxiety, and depression, which eventually led to a minor stroke when I was 40 years old. It was a wake-up call, and I decided to make a change in my life. Now, in my 50s, I feel better than ever before, and my mission is to help others become their best selves and transform their lives.

My care philosophy is based on the idea that how you do one thing is how you do everything. I help clients set up the conditions for inevitable success, discover which foods give them the most energy for their unique body type, and turn healthy habits into lasting behaviors. By doing so, clients experience a whole new level of strength, beauty, and confidence, allowing them to create the lifestyle they desire.

On your first visit, I prioritize building rapport, relationship, and trust with my clients. I listen to their needs and goals and assess their cardiovascular and strength levels as well as body measurements. Through my own weight loss journey, I have become a motivator and inspiration to others that it’s never too late to take back your health.
