​Beth is a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner and Mentor for student Practitioners, Certified Hypnosis Counselor, Reiki Practitioner, and a member of the Hudson Healing Arts family since November 1999. With over 25 years of experience in the field of energy work and a Master’s in Metaphysical Sciences, Beth has an extensive background to draw upon when working with clients. She is also trained as an Advanced AshWork Practitioner, utilizing a gentle and simple energy technique that is an actual shortcut to change and improved wellbeing.

All of these techniques are superb for alleviating stress and are an excellent complement to other healing practices clients may be pursuing.

She has had the pleasure and the privilege of studying with a diverse and talented group of teachers, among them Donna Eden – the originator of Eden Energy Medicine, Rudy Hunter – the creator of AshWork Energy Work,  and Belleruth Naparstek – one of the brightest lights in the field of Guided Imagery.
