Whole Health & Emotional Eating Guide

A Little More About Me As the story usually goes, my passion for yoga on the mat and incorporating its tools into our daily lives is inspired by my own journey. I was navigating the corporate world, feeling unfulfilled and purposeless, looking to food as a mechanism for control by way of the restricting and binging cycle, and feeling so very far from at home in my own skin. I was all in all moving through each day with a lack of intention, peace, balance, and love for myself. I had been to yoga classes before, but started attending classes at a studio nearby more regularly and little by little, I began to notice the impact my time spent on the mat had on my time spent off of it. My life was changing in a beautiful way. I began meeting myself with more compassion, nourishing myself with balance, and caring for myself with loving. I started experiencing joy, peace, and grounding in my day-to-day and finding a home in my own body, mind, and soul. Yoga is meant to support us on the mat and in our daily lives, and that trickle effect is where my true passion lies. A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Holistic Health Coach certification program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India later, sharing this practice is my full-time purpose. I’m so happy you’re here, and I cannot wait to share it with you!
