I am a general life coach who helps clients see new ways to solve old problems. As a certified life coach with The Life Coach School, I am trained to help clients stop overeating, stop overdrinking, reduce anxiety, improve self-esteem/self-confidence, manage their calendar and how to set goals that stick, improve relationships, and how to set boundaries from love and self-care. All our life’s components are interconnected and when one is out of sync it affects other areas. I love empowering my clients to help them achieve their dreams and see new ways of looking at old problems! Life coaches are different from chatting with your best friend, I have an objective, nonjudgmental approach and I help clients find a way to their desire and not get stuck feeling out of control. I help turn obstacles into strategies that will produce the results they are looking for.
