Acupuncturist

I’m all about helping you feel and be your best for the long run.  I am dedicated to assisting you in achieving your goals for healthful living.  If you are looking for a proven professional who can assist with pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, or injury rehabilitation, you have come to the right place.  With over 30 years of experience in the fields of allopathic and alternative medicine, assisting clients to achieve remarkable success, my commitment is to help you experience your healthiest, happiest life.

Barbara received her Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from The Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in December 2002. She graduated from the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness massage program in 1999.  She began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 1981 at the Minneapolis Community and Technical college of Minnesota.  She is currently licensed as an acupuncturist and massage therapist and is a Diplomate of the NCCAOM.

As a Mastery Level Facilitator, Barbara is a pioneer in the field of changing brain physiology through the gentle touch technique known as Higher Brain Living©.  This unique process shifts energy into the prefrontal cortex awakening human potential, and releasing the grip of the fear based survival brain.

Always excited to travel and explore, Barbara studied in Beijing, China and served members of the Karen Hill Tribe in the mountains above Chaing Mai, Thailand.  Family, and especially grandchildren (she has photos!) bring her back to Wisconsin for her next adventurous chapter.
