Krystal Matocha

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist

Krystal Matocha Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist Krystal Matocha works with clients all over the U.S. to change thoughts, feelings and behavior with subconscious learning and mind-body regulation so they can receive insight, resolve problems, and reach their goals more quickly and easily. Although she enjoys working with diverse groups, her main passion is helping sad, anxious perfectionists fuel the fire within so they can relax, have fun, and live the life they dream. Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Krystal is a graduate of Chicago Academy for the Arts and holds a B.A. from Columbia College Chicago. After graduating, she moved to the southwest and pursued a career in real estate, but found her passion remained in the healing abilities of the mind-body connection. She has studied and practiced various mind-body techniques over the last 20 years, including hypnotherapy, music/sound healing, subconscious symbols, and shamanic philosophies. She is a Mind-Body Wellness graduate of award-winning Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where she specialized in clinical hypnotherapy. She has also studied with award-winning hypnotherapists Linda Bennett and Eleni Mitas. Each one has contributed to Krystal’s understanding and approach with subconscious communication and healing. Krystal is the founder of The Whole Measure and holds clinical certifications in hypnotherapy and heartmath. She resides in Flagstaff, Arizona and in her free time enjoys hiking, reading, learning about wild plants and spending time with family. If you ever get a chance, ask her how she sings two notes at once – it’s her secret talent.
