Whitney Gordon-Mead

Certified Life Coach

As the CEO/Founder of Intuit Wisdom, LLC, I have 3 decades of experience researching personal growth and how we heal from within as it relates to chronic illness, fibromyalgia, and burnout. I’m an International Speaker, Certified Life Coach, Ordained Minister, and on track to have my Doctorate in Metaphysics by mid-2020. I know the challenges of finding physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping other women avoid and recover from burnout, and partnering with them so they can reclaim their passion and create the life they desire. I had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, and healed myself. Then my perfectionistic, Type-A tendencies drove me to burnout. I was numb, depleted, and felt like a zombie. I couldn’t think, feel or move, so I slept and watched TV, unable to do much else. Then I discovered something that supported me in recovering from burnout. It was so life-changing that now I’m inspired to share my discovery with more women. The BIGGEST GIFT I gave myself that made it possible to RECOVER from burnout, was to take time every day to focus on myself. I had a very special and simple self-care practice that saved me… and I’d like to share it with you. My simple self-care practice has been shown to: > Increase mindfulness, well-being, self-confidence & personal power. > Increase your ability to concentrate. > Cultivate a greater resilience to stress, a positive mindset and a sense of hopefulness and calm. > Decrease stress and related symptoms like frustration, mood swings, feelings of overwhelm or lack of control, anxiety, depression, low energy, headaches, body aches and pains, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, insomnia, and frequent colds and infections. > Reduce or even stop worrying. This self-care practice that supported me in recovering from burnout is for YOU and it’s FREE!
