BOARD CERTIFIED LICENSED ACUPUNCTURIST, DOCTOR OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHINESE MEDICINE AND FELLOW OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ENDOBIOGENIC MEDICINE AND INTEGRATIVE PHYSIOLOGY, SPECIALIZING IN FERTILITY, ENDOCRINE, ALLERGY, AND MUSCULOSKELETAL ISSUES

With a commitment to helping others, Dr. Susan Sachs has been a licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of integrative medicine since 1998. In addition to private practice, she shares her passion for this medicine as a clinical supervisor at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City, and has taught on the Masters degree level for several years. In 2001, she created the acupuncture program at the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, and currently serves as a clinical supervisor at Columbia University. She has also been a clinical supervisor for World Cares, (an outreach program for those affected by 911 and Hurricane Katrina). For over 15 years she has helped couples to conceive naturally and as an adjunct to assisted reproductive protocols. Additionally she treats endocrine, allergy, musculoskeletal and pain issues through the powerful tools of acupuncture, Chinese herbology, and Endobiogeny (a French originated systems based medicine that uses lab analysis as part of its diagnostics and European herbal protocols to treat a wide variety of issues). She trained in Classical Chinese Medicine under the guidance of Chinese Master Jeffrey Yuen, and has worked closely with Dr. Yan Wu, author, teacher, and specialist in fertility using Chinese Medicine. She is also trained in NAET, an integrative technique for eliminating allergies.
