She is a Strategic Intervention trained coach and works mainly with twenty somethings through 50 year olds to recreate themselves into the person they want to be. A large percentage of her clients want to improve their confidence so they can be more comfortable interacting in social situations and take their relationships to a more connected level. As a performance coach, she believes in integrating improvisational techniques in her coaching along with role playing. Travia has been finding potential in many students for 24 years of teaching and is certain she can find potential in anyone. Tapping into and building on to that potential empowers her clients to soar in designing the life they want.
