A licensed massage therapist since 1997, I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health’s Advanced Therapeutic Massage Program. Having a thirst for education, I have many massage techniques in my “toolbox” I can use to facilitate your body’s healing. I became passionate about CranioSacral Therapy after finding relief for PTSD, and sports related head and neck injuries. I began my journey with the Upledger Institute in 2001 after learning from my own experiences the body could self correct. I have studied to achieve the status of a Certified CranioSacral Therapist at an advanced level. In 2010 I began studies in Visceral Manipulation. Through the application of CST and VM, I have seen firsthand how the body can obtain profound healing – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In 2013 I received certification as a Dream Builder Coach from Life Mastery Institute learning that being happy daily and attaining your dreams were real possibilities. I offer tools to heighten one’s conscious awareness to that real possibility of happiness and fulfillment. I have pursued additional coaching training with Neal Donald Walsch. Through my studies with Carol Tuttle, I also have education in the field of Energy Healing. Knowing the body has the infinite wisdom to heal, I assist individuals realize a higher quality of life can become their reality. I have dedicated my life facilitating others in their journey of healing and living the dream life they would love to live as they strive for Total Balance.
