I am 29 years of age and have been living in Phoenix, Arizona since 2019. I grew up with a love for outdoors, sports, and desire to challenge my physical capabilities. I am currently enrolled in my third year with the CHEK Academy to grow my holistic health practice. I have also finished my studies with Integrative Health Practitioner which specializes in all lifestyle factors and in depth functional medicine lab testing to help find the root cause of chronic health issues. In addition to health coaching, I do bartend part time and enjoy an abundant social life. I like to help people find a balance between their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being so they can thrive and also enjoy their life!
